He was charged with not following the law but that’s not stopping Hays County Court-at-Law Judge David Glickler from lecturing others on following the law.

The Texas District Court Alliance, a 501( c ) 3 public charity, is holding its TDCA 15th Annual Workshop and Clerks College from October 13th – 15th, 2015 in Kerrville, Texas.
Leading the workshop titled “Indictments/Motions to Revoke – Procedures once they’re filed” is none other than Hays County Court-at-Law Judge David Glickler—-the guy who was charged with driving while intoxicated back in May.
Glicker’s known not solely as a Hays County Judge, he’s part of the posse called in to action by the Texas Secretary of State when 10 citizens in Montgomery County voted and ousted some well-heeled incumbents in the special district known as The Woodlands RUD #1.
Hays County fought the release of the Glickler’s dashcam video, audio requested through the Texas Public Information Act by citing the law enforcement exception to Chapter 552 of the Act.
According to publicly available records on the Hays County District Clerk website, Glickler was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond and no date appears to have been set for any future court appearance.
