Pigford Fraud Saga Continues: Dr. John Boyd and Texas Congresswoman Sheila Jackson-Lee

Via Lee Stranahan at Breitbart. If video & pictures of Dr. John Boyd and Texas Congresswoman Sheila Jackson-Lee surfaced, publicly & for the first time linking the two as actors associated with the Pigford fraud scandal, would you want to see them?

After both the Houston Chronicle and Breitbart publicized the April 27th Pigford claim workshop held at the Communication Workers of America union hall in Downtown Houston, I reported in this post that during the 2010 election season, that same Communication Workers of America union hall served as Congresswoman Sheila Jackson-Lee’s campaign headquarters. At the end of the post I asked if Sheila Jackson-Lee knows Dr. John Boyd, the media’s “go-to guy” and the public face on Pigford.

The picture was taken during this September 2010 press conference held by North Carolina Senator Kay Hagan. In that video, Dr. John Boyd (at the 1:51 minute mark) warmly extends his hand, guiding Sheila Jackson-Lee to his side, where she nods her head approvingly & applauds as Senator Kay Hagan announces stand-alone funding for the settlement.

So now that Houstonians have seen pictures & video to establish Dr. John Boyd and Sheila Jackson-Lee know one another, has the Congresswoman ever asked Dr. John Boyd if he’s a real doctor? I mean, it’s not as if Sheila Jackson-Lee hasn’t been seen in  public with a fake doctor before?  Would those pressing to stymie an investigation into fraudulent Pigford claims  throw Dr. Boyd under the bus? Would Congresswoman Jackson-Lee desperately attempt to hide her involvement in the growing call for an investigation of fraudulent claims, especially after Rep. Steve King’s grilling of Attorney General Eric Holder, by enlisting the help of another Houston-area Congressman?

Pigford Seminar Location Served as 2010 Sheila Jackson Lee Campaign HQ

What do Big Jolly Politics, Breitbart, and the Houston Chronicle all have in common? All three now share a bond through coverage of the Pigford Fraud scandal.

After Lee Stranahan of Breitbart wrote about the Houston Chronicle’s advertisement of the Pigford Workshop held at the Communications Workers of America union hall, he called for May 1, 2013 to be designated as “everybody blog about #Pigford day!”. In his blog post, Stranahan suggested bloggers write a local  angle on the story.

In this 2010 Big Jolly Politics post I wrote the Communications Workers of America Local 6222 union hall served as Texas Congresswoman Sheila Jackson-Lee’s campaign headquarters. The phrase “campaign headquarters” was not my phrase; it was posted on the campaign sign adjacent to the union hall parking lot:

The Houston Chronicle’s April 25th, 2013 advertisement of the Pigford workshop publicized the location as follows:

The meeting will run 10 a.m.-8 p.m. on Saturday at the CWA Local 6222 Union Hall, 1730   Jefferson, Houston, 77003. If you can’t stay all day, there will be informative intervals from 10    a.m. to 2 p.m., 4 to 6 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m.

Who has the moral courage to ask Sheila Jackson-Lee how much she knows about the Pigford notices and if she knows John Boyd, the media’s “go to guy”  on Pigford?
