This months Republican Hispanic Citizens in Action meeting Tuesday, March 5th, will spotlight the Tejano Center for Community Concerns.
The Tejano Center is neither a political or a partisan organization. This is their Mission Statement:
To improve life opportunities of low-income children and families through the provision of education, social and health services, and community development initiatives.
It‘s great see a Republican group get involved in the community. I’ve heard a lot of good things about the Tejano Center from Anthony and appreciate his help in true “outreach”. The Harris County Republican Party needs to embrace these activities and promote them.
Don’t forget the Tejano Center’s golf tournament coming up on April 18th! What better way to get to know leaders in the Latino community than to share the sheer frustration that is known as “golf”.
Anthony Magdaleno says
Thanks David. It was a great success! I’ll follow up with you soon, my friend.
