I cannot even begin to tell you how disturbing this is:

Apostasy can be defined ask a falling away or turning away from what you once believed. There are those who have embedded themselves within the local Republican party who are fighting So we change our core belief’s those vary beliefs that define who we are.
2 core beliefs are sanctity of marriage and the life of the unborn. Tonight at our quarterly meeting there is a rumor that they will force a vote to undermine the of sanctity marriage by embracing leaders from within the homosexual community to become leaders within the party…
So is there pastas within the Republican party? We will see…
I mean, seriously, as a fajita/tortilla chip guy this is beyond the pale. The idea that the Harris County Republican Party is infiltrated with pasta brings me to my knees! Where, oh, where, did we go wrong? This is complete validation for those that think that we Republicans have a problem with Latinos. What Latino in their right mind would associate with a political party that is full of pasta?
I know, I know, some of you are saying, who the heck is Bill Kneer and why do I care that he is concerned about pasta in the Harris County Republican Party? Well, Mr. Kneer is a Precinct Chair in Harris County and Chairman Jared Woodfill’s staunchest supporter/shill. It all stems from this post, where Mr. Kneer and a few like-minded pasta skeered-i-cats denied a young man an opportunity to serve in the Harris County Republican Party simply because he is gay. And if you don’t think that is the case, let me show you another one of Mr. Kneer’s Facebook entries:

Once again it seems that I’m under attack for not being willing to compromise my beliefs to grow the Republican Party. When I’m attacked by Democrats and libertarians for not bending to the homosexual agenda take that attack as a badge of honor.
I would rather lose elections standing up for what I know what’s right then when them standing up for nothing.
I would like to thank David Jennings appointing out the fact that I do not compromise on our core Republican Party beliefs.
You are welcome, Mr. Kneer. One of the things that you need to know when dealing with Mr. Kneer is that grammar wasn’t his specialty when he rode the short bus to school, so you have to sorta, kinda read between the wrong usage of words. Like when he says “when them” he means “win one for the Gipper!”. Or saying that I “appointed out the fact”, think, hey, Jolly pointed out that Kneer joined the chorus against a young man because of some un-named, un-knowable conspiracy by “teh gayzs”. Just deal with it people! It could be worse – you could be invaded by pasta. Think about that one!
Okay, so we now know that Mr. Kneer and others refused to “compromise” their beliefs when they voted against allowing Chris Busby to work a precinct that, like over 50{997ab4c1e65fa660c64e6dfea23d436a73c89d6254ad3ae72f887cf583448986} of all precincts in Harris County, does not have a Republican chair. These people believe that unless you are 100{997ab4c1e65fa660c64e6dfea23d436a73c89d6254ad3ae72f887cf583448986} with them, you are 100{997ab4c1e65fa660c64e6dfea23d436a73c89d6254ad3ae72f887cf583448986} against them. But that’s okay – the next primary cycle will take care of that and the voters in his precinct will put him in that lofty position. And as I said earlier, it will be an awesome sight to see Chris walk into a meeting of the HCRP with exactly the same number of votes that Mr. Kneer has.
The thing is, Jared Woodfill, for whom Mr. Kneer shills constantly, is at odds with the shill. Check out this answer from Mr. Woodfill in a September, 2009 forum hosted by the Memorial West Republican Women:
So which is it Jared? Do we accept people that are willing to work hard for 80{997ab4c1e65fa660c64e6dfea23d436a73c89d6254ad3ae72f887cf583448986} of the Republican platform or do we reject them? Speaking of rejection, here is another one of the members of that committee that voted to exclude Chris Busby:
Never, never, never. Wait just a minute! Didn’t Jared Woodfill say that no one has been excluded from working in the Harris County Republican Party? And didn’t the same Jared Woodfill appoint “never. never. never” as one of his privileged appointments as Chair? Why yes, Big Jolly, he did. And how many thousands of dollars did Jared Woodfill give to this guy to spread his endorsement “newsletter”? Mi amiga Karen Townsend has more over at Pondering Penguin.
Methinks Jared has a bit of a hypocrisy problem. Of course, that is well known. But I wonder….what would happen if Kneer saw Jared eating pasta?
I’m guessing that all hell would break loose. 😉
