Regardless of which one of the fine candidates that Republicans have running to replace retiring Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison, we know that we can count on Texas’ soon to be senior senator, Sen. John Cornyn, to continue fighting for the little guy. His latest cause is to eliminate the completely unacceptable backlog of untested rape kits:
It is unfortunate that we even have to address this issue but at least we have the right guy to get the job done. After all, that is what Sen. John Cornyn is best known for: getting the job done.
