Roberts Campaign Wins Triple Crown of Endorsements
HOUSTON – Kevin Roberts, Republican candidate for State Representative, has announced the endorsements of Dr. Steve Hotze, President of Conservative Republicans of Texas, Terry Lowry, The Link Letter, and Gary Polland, of Texas Conservative Review.

Of course, what this really means is that Mr. Blakemore vetted the candidate and made sure he had enough money to buy advertisements in these three publications.
The superlatives that come after buying advertisements in a political endorsement sheet are amazing, aren’t they? Oh, House District 126, you are surely going to miss Rep. Patricia Harless.

What’s the big deal? It only costs 30 Grand to kiss all three rings.
Blakemore conveniently forgets there are other slate endorsements who do not charge a penny for their endorsements. They go out and raise the funds to do the mailings based on conservative political beliefs. Examples: The Texas Conservative View; The “C” Club; Houston Realty Breakfast Club…… all PACS which Blakemore cannot control for his clients. They are all independent. They are all winners and they are all conservatives. And, unlike Polland and Lowry, they register as the law requires as General Purpose PACS, and they report where their funding comes from and how it is spent. And, none of the principals live on the revenue raised.
