Community sources tipped me off to a video taken during a November 2014 meeting of the Houston Independent School District Board of Trustees.
Watch Houston ISD Board member Juliet Stipeche run away from the dais as the woman I’ll call “Ms. W” approached the microphone to discuss distribution of birth control pills and the performance of a vaginal exam, without parental consent, on a student attending Worthing High School.
“Ms. W” alleged a vaginal exam was performed on a special education student who subsequently missed four months of school and received an order to appear in truancy court.
“Ms. W” explained failure to pay the truancy ticket resulted in a warrant and court order which forced the special education student to drop out of school.
