Gosh, it seems like forever since I had the opportunity to mock Sen Dan Patrick’s general consultant, Allen Blakemore. The drought has ended! From Dannie’s Facebook page:
How embarrassing is that? Sen. Patrick worked his tail off as Chair of the Texas Senate’s Public Education committee and his campaign staff puts this out?
I think I know what happened here. There is no attack on an opponent, so Blakemore wasn’t interested and farmed it out to some middle school kid. Hey, do you have a better explanation? I didn’t think so.
Stay tuned for more of the crack consultant follies!
(h/t to Landon Estay for making this episode possible!)

No, he hired out Old MacDonald (e.g., “C-O-W EIEIO”).
(Who would think that I would start the day with a GEICO ad on my mind?)

Dag nabbit!
Mark says
By the way, for those of you who spent too much time looking, it is the “RECEIEVE” on the left.
David Jennings says
Mark, is that all? Hmm……
Glenn says
The other spelling mistake isn’t really that “imporant”.
Robert Pratt says
Yep but you might work on punctuation too. Sen is not a word or abbreviation. I think Sen. would work better.
David Jennings says
LOL, you are correct but SEO says skip the periods on keywords. Technology bites.
Peter Norberry says
His digital consultant is Vincent Harris. Just another example of Harris Media creating cookie cutter campaigns and rushing their final products.
But KUDOS you must really hate Alan Blakemore.
