Mr. Daniel claims that Mr. Woodfill illegally directed Republican Primary Director Donna Bahorich to conditionally accept Mr. Dorman’s application to be on the ballot. Ms. Bahorich had earlier ruled that Mr. Dorman was ineligible because he had already filed in the primary for precinct chair and failed to withdraw his application prior to December 30, 2009, as required under the Texas Election Code.
