Another interview in BJP’s series on 2014 Republican Primary candidates. Today, I spoke with Dr. Ted Seago. Dr. Seago is running for the Texas House of Representatives District 16 to replace Rep. Brandon Creighton, who is running for a statewide seat, Commissioner of Agriculture.
I thoroughly enjoyed this interview because I appreciate candidates that are thoughtful and do not use bullet points. If you live in HD16, I hope you spend 20 minutes to listen to Dr. Seago.
I think that Rep. Larry Gonzales will appreciate having Dr. Seago on the Education Committee.

Please ask Ted about the church he founded in Willis with several friends as they identified the community as being in need of a local church. Also ask him about his insistence two years later to move the church to pursue growth in The Woodlands area despite his prior commitment to pastoring for the benefit of the Willis area. Also discuss with him how he demanded to take half of the church funds with him and left a congregation without a pastor and without resources to hire one. I for one would never vote for him. His character is suspect.
