I’m just guessing here, but you’ll probably have to produce photo id to prove that you live in CD-29 if you want to get in. Remember, Gene is pathetically hypocritical on that issue – he’ll let you vote for him without an id but by golly BigJolly, you sure as heck can’t talk to him without one.
There is a real, legitimate shot at removing Mr. Green this election cycle. And it is frustrating to no end that Roy Morales isn’t getting support from D_n and his ilk because they have determined that Roy isn’t conservative enough for them. Apparently, they care more about who sleeps next to Houston Mayor Annise Parker than they do about the future of the country. Regardless of what you think about Roy, when the new Congress is sworn in in 2011, Roy Morales will not be voting for Nancy Pelosi as Speaker. Gene Green will. It really is that simple.
It makes it all the more frustrating to hear D_n and others in the Harris County Republican Party tell us that we have to overlook Gov. Rick Perry’s faults because of the damage that Bill White could do to Texas if he were to be elected. Fair enough but what is good for the goose should be good for the gander. Right, D_n? Isn’t what D_n and his ilk are doing the same type of pathetic hypocrisy that Gene Green is doing with his photo id requirement? Methinks it is.
How about it, D_n? Will we see you come out and blockwalk to end the reign of Pelosi?
