watched last night. Will Smith in I Am Legend, a sort of futuristic sci/fi set in New York City. I had no idea that it was a sci/fi, just picked it up a Redbox because it was Will Smith and it was a new release.
Really, truly bizarre. And very intense cinematography. A lot of the early Spike Lee type camera angles, too close to see around you but not first person. Kept us on the edge of our seats and had SU jumping out of hers from time to time. And the special effects were incredible.
Would I recommend it? Maybe. It wasn't all that great but it wasn't all that bad either. Had a poor ending, if they had been able to come up with a different scenario or perhaps expanded the one they chose, it would have helped a lot.
The Google ads crack me up. I posted on immigration and had a picture of John McCain, two immigration lawyer ads and one for a group wanting to deport them Everytime I type a post from the front end, I get lots of ads about Jolly this or that. I'm looking at a picture of Jelly Belly's right now!
Going to the Astros game tonight with Hero and 1. Should be a fun time, baseball is my favorite sport to watch in person. Looking forward to the weekend, it's been a long week.
